All the above steaks are cooked to your liking & are served with homemade hand cut fries, sesame tossed vegetables, golden fried onion rings & a choice of brandy & peppercorn sauce or garlic & herb butter. All our beef is supplied by local Galway firm Heaney Meats. It is guaranteed 100% Irish and is sired from Angus or Hereford cattle which have been born and reared here in Ireland. It is traceable from quality assured farms to fork. Our beef is matured through the unique “Glasan farm tenderising process” for a minimum of 21 days, meaning the beef has been hip hung and mature dry aged from 7 to 10 days. This process gives rise to our superior succulent, tender steaks.

"Atmosphere, Food, Staff, Wonderful!" Eight of us stumbled upon McSwiggan's on a happy summer's night in June. It was a a terrific experience. The decor is creative, interesting, innovative, yet atmosphere retains an inviting pub feeling with a lively vibe. We were seated immediately in an upstairs room where our servers could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Our food was delicious. A fun place with everything going for it!
